Some of you may already have been aware of the recent Temperance Movement exhibition that was shown at Chorley Methodist Church on Gillibrand Walks in June. This plotted the history of the movement from 1825 right through to the current day but was only available for a short period so we are happy to announce that in August and September this year the exhibition will be moving to Chorley Central library and we would encourage those who've not already seen it to call in. In November, we have also kindly been given use of the library's cabinets to put up a display portraying Chorley's Commercial Past.
