Plate 210mm diameter with decorative flower border. In the centre a picture of St chads Church. Below a scroll inscribed St Chad's, South Hill, 1791 - 1991. On backis written "The Parish of St Chad is in the Liverpool Archdiocese and is situated in a rural area of lancashire, 3 milesnorth eastof the town of Chorley, and serves 200 families. The first Mass in the district was probably said at a house at Slate Delph, Wheelton, from which the present church was founded. Daily Mass has been said in the Parish since its foundation.
